DYLAN TAYLOR

Founder & Creative Partner


Dylan is Creative Partner and co-founder of thedylanagency. With a long, awarded career, he has created work for most of Australia’s most well-known brands. He was ECD at BMF – B&T Agency of the Decade – helping the agency pick up over 40 pieces of new business, around 250 Advertising awards, and grow the business from 70 to over 200 people.

He was the first Australian to be awarded the Irving Wunderman Award for lifetime achievement at the 30th Caples Award Show. In the same year, he was awarded ADMA Direct Marketer of the Year award.

KATHRYN LASKER

Co-Founder and Partner


Kathryn is Managing Partner and co-founder of thedylanagency. Kathryn has broad experience in integrated communications. In Australia, Kathryn has worked on clients as diverse as Bayer, Southcorp Wines, Fuji film, Lowan Wholefoods, Boehringer Ingleheim and more recently HSBC.

She has overseen major campaign rollouts, launches of new products and integrated brand campaigns for some of Australia’s most iconic brands including Penfolds and Lindemans.

NICHOLAS LIM

Managing Director


Nicholas or ‘Nic’ brings with him over 18 years of experience in advertising, PR, digital, social, events and CRM. He thrives on understanding the nuances of the consumer across omnichannel touchpoints in order to solve business challenges.

Most recently, he led a 37-man agency team for Westpac; Driving business planning and operational efficiencies for its personalised marketing, he shifted business focus towards customer behavioural data and has since seen incremental quarter-on-quarter performance uplift in their 1:1 communications. Prior, Nic helmed client services for an APAC-spanning CRM services agency, which counted brands such as IKEA (Australia, Japan), ASB (NZ), nib (ANZ), ING (Australia), 
Virgin Money (Australia), Paypal (APAC), Google (Singapore), Metcash for IGA (Australia), and Rabbit Rewards Loyalty (Thailand).

NAT DENNINGS

Head of Art


Nat has nearly 20 years’ experience, previously working at Rapp and M&C Saatchi across brands such as Qantas, ANZ, and NRMA. Classically trained, Natalie is extremely creative and has a beautiful eye for detail but more than that she is a total perfectionist and she inspires her team to strive for the same on a daily basis.

Nat has worked with Dylan at three other agencies, and has been with the dylan agency from day one, ensuring consistency, expertise and speed of delivery.
